* Working with chain accounts and wholesalers to profitably grow QTG volume and share.
* Deliver volume and profit plan for C-store.
* Conduct on-going analysis and reviews to identify gaps to plan and execution. Sell the entire Quaker, Tropicana, and Gatorade portfolio of products; achieve in-store execution excellence, optimal shelf conditions and pricing goals.
* Tailor selling presentations for specific accounts to ensure efficient and effective communication of products.
* Make regular buyer calls.
* Identify customer needs and priorities.
* Create fact-based selling presentations.
* Manage strategic selling opportunities at assigned accounts including non-priced related sales and business unit initiatives, special packs, and the recommendation/evaluation of incremental sales growth drivers.
* Ensure promotions and trade agreements are within SROT specifications.
* Create merchandising plans and communicate event details to retail and finance support teams.
* Track results and complete post-event analysis.
* Ensure customer compliance with all policies and contracts.
* Deliver accurate contracts which meet customer specifications.
* Comply with internal processes for tracking and accounting for customer performance and trade spending.
* Work with RSL and RSMs to ensure programs communicated and executed at retail.
* Make minimum required calls at retail identify and correct issues as well as identify opportunities.
