Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor PPM
Description:
Directly supervises 19 hourly General Mechanics. Responsible for equipment lubrication and predictive maintenance millwide. Responsible for developing, sustaining and continuously improving defined preventive/predictive maintenance routes/tasks designed to increase equipment reliability. Ensures equipment vibration data and oil analysis samples collected, analyzed with conditioned based reports/recommendations generated and distributed to appropriate department supervision. Monitors daily progress and provides guidance, information and instruction, as required, to accomplish assigned tasks in the safest and most cost effective manner. Responsible for auditing lube/vibration routes for quality, completeness and accountability. Ensures that information from the craftsman performing the tasks is recorded and input into SAP to address equipment maintenance deficiencies, capture historical data and to improve planning, scheduling & execution practices. Responsible for maintaining weekly schedule managing WOs in SAP to capture/track preventive, predictive, repair work and costs. Provide MS Project schedules for outages to be incorporated into area plans. Reports daily and weekly maintenance KPIs. Responsible for identifying skills gaps and implementing PM/PdM maintenance skills development training for craftsmen. Actively leads and participates in plant safety, housekeeping, 5S and other mill improvement programs.

Requirements:
2 - 5 years of Mechanical Maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pulp & paper industry. Knowledgeable in lubrication & vibration analysis principles and practices. Initiative in developing & leading high performance work teams and holding them accountable to expectations. Ability to work shifts and weekends.
